Tina Han

Tina is a Director in our Audit and Assurance team at BDO in Sydney. With more than 17 years of financial accounting and reporting experience in Australia, Hong Kong and China, Tina has worked with large listed companies, multi-national subsidiaries, as well as private and family businesses, across various industries.

Tina started working for BDO in 2013 and is responsible for conducting the audit for ASX listed companies, large private companies, and non-for-profit organisations. She has also assisted some of her clients undertake the IPO journey on various stock exchange including Australia, China and Hong Kong.

Tina was born and educated in mainland China, and started her career with global accounting firms in Beijing. Living in Australia for more than 17 years, she understands cultural differences and how that impacts the ways that people do business. Her focus is to help companies bridge the cultural gap, and also achieve optimal value for her clients, rather than performing audit purely for compliance.
