Zoe is a Partner within the Project & Infrastructure Advisory team in the Sydney office focusing on the coordination of complex projects from both a project management perspective of overseeing time, cost, scope and quality, while also ensuring alignment with higher organisational goals and objectives.

With 20 years’ experience in social infrastructure, transport infrastructure and urban development, she balances the knowledge of complex projects with the needs of multiple, and often conflicting, stakeholders and authorities.

Through strong, transparent communication and technical knowledge, Zoe applies a tailored approach to understanding client’s specific requirements and issues. She delivers successful commercial and design outcomes through lasting relationships, integrity and sustainable practices, mutual trust and respect.
